Vernadette Austria has a solid background in marketing, with core expertise in Search Engine Optimization, Website Content Management, and Social Media Strategy, built on a foundation in mainstream advertising.

She has been part of Connections since 2021, leading digital marketing campaigns and implementing online strategies for Connections Counselling and Healthcare Centre, Hope Alive, and Pause Retreats across multiple platforms — helping spearhead the organisation’s growth and digital presence.

Before transitioning fully into digital marketing, Vernadette worked as a Broadcast Producer for reputable advertising agencies, served as Marketing Manager for a global recruitment firm, and taught Communication and Marketing subjects as a part‑time college instructor.

To keep up with the fast‑paced growth of the digital marketing industry, she continues to attend online workshops and live events in the US, Austria, and Hong Kong. She is Google Analytics certified and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a double major in Business Management and Communications.

In between running online marketing campaigns, collecting data, and interpreting insights, Verna enjoys a good cup of coffee, spending time with her family, and playing with her golden retriever named Waffles.
